Currently:  I cannot get enough of avocado toast or the book Animal, Vegetable, Miracle.  I also cannot get enough of blogging time.  Hopefully I’ll be back on track, soon.  Meanwhile, you should enjoy some avocado toast and a good book…and your summer.
