I loved this blog post that is all about getting ready to eat healthy through the week…clean out the refrigerator and pantry, purchase food, and clean and prep. In anticipation of getting on an earlier and more consistent schedule, I’m implementing this change starting today. I’ve actually been easing into it over the past few days by a morning visit to my garden to see what is ready to be eaten that day. It makes such a difference to get a start on the day’s meals first thing in the morning. I’m hoping that getting an early start on the week’s meals will lead to healthier and happier eating all week long.
